ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Samra Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Samra Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
